Julie is a young professor from Copenhagen searching for adventure.  Sick and tired of town life and her unfaithful husband, she gets a job teaching on a beautiful island.  Julie is not well-accepted into the protected island society. The city simpleton, Lars, tracks and scares her. She finds out that the previous teacher hung himself and nobody knows why. There’s something chilly, bad and spooky about this seemingly perfect island…
