Description of Mutation 2 movie: Powerful gangster Goldmann sent John Hauser on a mission: to trace down the last known doses of K7B, a serum that wakes up the dead. When Hauser finds the nasty goodies, he wants more money from Goldmann. The negociations escalate and when Hauser is left for dead, he sees his rescue in K7B. Sequel to the popular German underground hit, a favourite amongst lovers of low budget extreme gore. Special effects are by Rose himself and Olaf Ittenbach.
