Description: A female psychiatrist, Dr. Wethers, is counseled by a fellow doctor, Dr. Boyd, regarding her troubled past. When she was a child her brother, wearing a clown mask, killed their parents, and he’s since been locked up in an asylum. The two doctors organize a group therapy event at a large house for criminal and troubled teens who all have some fear of clowns. Meanwhile a mysterious and disturbed woman known as patient X who was found at a carnival laments over her baby being taken away from her to an inexperienced nurse, who is afraid of clowns as well. Dr. Wethers’ brother known as Snuffles escapes and goes on a bloody killing spree.
