Description:

A businessman (who every person for many explanation calls “the professor”) cheats a matter out of his seaside castle. He moves his sickly wife towards the castle and while she’s terminally bed-ridden and ill, he proceeds to easily philander with his wife’s nurse (Femi Benussi), who actually falls in love using the cad, with his sexy blond secretary, along with a younger school girl (Erna Schurer), who is part of group students dangling around the coastline who he requires cruising on his yacht while his ailing wife and lovestruck mistress are stuck at house. He gets his comeuppance though whenever one the women he has wronged essentially decides to screw him to death (which is possibly maybe not the most terrible type of vengeance imaginable). This death-by-sex plot wasn’t quite the old saw in 1974 that it is these days, but it is very ham-handedly executed. The guy is quite youthful and fit at the start of the film, but several weeks later on he is on his deathbed (yet still apparently able to have even more gender).

This can be considered a 70’s Italian giallo, which I consider one of the best exploitation styles previously. But information technology much more looks like the later “erotic thriller” style (common both in America and Italy within the 80’s and 90’s), which is most likely among the worst. The two genres are superficially comparable, and also the former certainly inspired the latter, but while the gialli have ridiculously convoluted but colorful and creative plots, the “erotic thrillers” have quite stupid and really perfunctory plots. Whilst the giallo often have actually a good graphic style, the erotic thrillers are usually just so much soft-focus porno gloss. Whilst the gialli have actually great songs, the “erotic thrillers” are typically filled with wretched sub-Kenny or pop G. soft jazz. As the gialli frequently had genuinely talented individuals both behind plus in front side of the the digital camera, the “erotic thrillers” had been lensed by hacks and complete of talentless “scream queens”and erstwhile porn stars. And even though the gialli may have already been spiced with nudity, sex and the, the “erotic thrillers” have pretty much nothing else BUT sex and nudity. This movie isn’t quite as dire as an “erotic thriller”, but it’s certainly much closer to that level of quality.
