Review: Finally got around to watching this, and it was awesome! I didn’t find it slow in the least. It’s got it all. Zombies, cheap special effects, gore and severed body parts, terrible ’80s music, a torture dungeon, labyrinthian mansion, cookie cutter characters (the jock, the sinister ‘oriental’, the bookworm, the beauty queen, the thugs), head-shaking plot points (“Hey, look! A bow and arrow laying on the ground just in time for us to off some baddies!”), and one of the most reckless auctions you’ll ever see.
Oh yeah, and Booger’s guru from Revenge of the Nerds II is the director and main character! My one disappointment was with whoever put the “snake in anus” plot point on imdb. I know which part they are talking about but… between you and me… kind of a stretch. See for yourself. But do see it. This is a fun one, for real!

James Hong did really well with this one. Not your typical zombie flick, but one with story, purpose, and other events that occur around the presence of zombies. Good ‘fountain of youth/immortality god/vampire/zombie flick. One of the best from the 1980’s for sure.
