Description of Snowballin movie: Three ski instructors are busy accumulating amorous conquests to teach, they spend more time in bed than on the slopes.

Review: Après-ski, a Québecois classic! This rip features both the original French language audio track as well as an overdubbed English audio track. Unfortunately the English dub loses all of the impact of the Québecois french spoken in the original. A number of the actors speak Joual and much of the impact and local feel of the movie is lost.
The movie takes place in the Laurentians, north of Montreal, (check out the now defunct tollbooths in the opening shots). Cheesy, but a hoot to watch especially if you grew up in Quebec. What’s probably even more entertaining is the number of present day “vedettes” or stars that appeared in the movie and have now gone on to bigger things, ie René Angélil, Céline Dion’s husband (see sandwich scene screengrab below), as well as a number of others who are now well-known in the local French media.
