Description: A massacre survivor (A.J. Cook) takes a class on famous serial killers taught by author of some book (Bruce Payne), but when her classmates start dying at the hands of a Jack the Ripper ‘copycat’, boredom ensues. YAWN! First of all what high school and/or college would have a chemistry class devoted to “Getting inside the mind of a serial killer,” taught by a writer? It must take place at some college since those ‘kids’ look like they are in their late 20’s, at least. The premise of the film makes no sense whatsoever since the ‘copycat’ doesn’t copy anything the original killer ever did, like strangle hookers or mutilate bodies. Not one moment of this film was original [everything here has been done over and over and over and over] or remotely realistic or interesting or daring…It makes ‘Scream’ seem edgy! If this is your thing, though, go watch ‘Urban Legend,’ at least that tripe was easier to swallow and mildly entertaining, if you’re a teenager and have never seen a horror movie before and you take Wellbutrin…
