Review: I don’t remember much about Vendetta. I do know it was produced by David Heavener. The story features a homicidal maniac, or maniacs, using the bloody signature of Rat Fuck (channeling Ray Dennis Steckler and Mad Daddy Roth). The cast includes low budget luminaries George Saunders, Joey Travolta and Richard Lynch,
