Review: A classic example of a Thriller of 90s filmed by creator of “Not of This World“. There is steep kopecks, uses unconventional methods to combat crime. There is a boss of a mafia, which cannot jail. Also present companions of the main character, which subsequently put you to death, that gives the protagonist opportunity to avenge them according to all the canons of the genre, and a handsome girl, with which our Minister of the law a long time ago parted, but due to the current circumstances of their love breaks out with new force.
What a nice oldschool adventure, so the fact that the violence they show no fear. Therefore, Thomas Ian Griffith acts in this picture is not worse than the other hero of action movies of that period – Steven Seagal. It perfectly demonstrates the techniques of karate and wonders of fire, so the shooting and hand-to-hand fights, do not worry. The film Excessive Force also contains a good plot twist that, however, there is little surprise anyone, but its presence is a welcome addition. And in those years, a similar trick certainly perceived to cheer.
