Description: S&MAN played a few festivals (SXSW, TIFF, Sitges) and then just seemed to disappear. It’s a smart and unsettling doc on indie horror and the nature of voyeurism. Was not sure which category to slot it into.
Don’t read too much online about this film as there are a number of sourpuss critics who spoil things. Just watch it. Directed by JT Petty whose western-monster flick THE BURROWERS (starring HIGHLANDER’s Clancy Brown) premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2008.
