Review: The film is interesting primarily for those who care about the work of Dee Snyder. In this film he as always outrageous and charismatic. And as an actor, he’s very believable in that manner that embodies the screen is an infantile phlegmatic to a real maniac. And the plot of the film is built on these transformations are taking place with the character Dee Snyder.
And the rest of the film standards and stereotypes. While out of jail and a sadistic serial killer, six months after his arrest at the scene, with the wording of that he was cured and not dangerous – original. This allowed in the future, the filmmakers infuse new colors to the standard plot. The bloody little, and they are shown is in fact the hero of Dee Snider not dirty their hands that did not spoil the reputation of the musician.

Bought this on VHS back when it first came out due to Dee Snider’s involvement. Has a cool soundtrack, but the movie itself isn’t anything special. Worth a watch.

Oh yeah, I was in on this one from the beginning. Dee Snider proving he is one twisted sister and a kick ass actor. This hit 11’s on every scale to 10 for me, kinda dated today with its focus o industrial music, body modification, and tribal tats, but hey, still a great slice of time. The writing, plot, actors, effects, all meld nicely, was hoping for a sequel, hey, still a possibility. Oddly, the only “actor” i was aware of as an actor, was the least impressive actor, just kinda well, uninspired I guess. Dee Snyder really shined as Capt. Howdy, although certainly a character he did not have to do a great deal of research on to nail, but he showed some chops and again proved the old adage not to judge a book by it’s cover. The suspense was high, the body mod / torture effects were spot on, watching him swing by the hooks while his world burned around hi was just epic, and certainly left room for a sequel, C’mon, bring it on. So, my suggestion, if any of the above brings a grin, then you’ll be glad you played along. A+ too for the make-up artist, great job on Dee wwhen he was, umm, not to give it away, well, when he was not so much Capt, Howdy, very realistic in that if you think you can cover up facial tats down the road, well, you can, to a certain degree, certainly not 100%, but hey, don’t worry, that portrait of justin beiber on yer cheek is timeless, and the statement it makes today, will be just as strong 40 years from now, so beliebers beware, you’ll be frightened, Pux, Rockers, deadheads, rastas, swingers, jazzheads, hip hoppers, alt rockers, and all those anti-beliebers will likely dig this, and thats the highest rating I can give, I guess.
