Description: Fifteen year old Jake is a kleptomaniac who is searching for his runaway mother. His journey takes him to Montana where a wholesome family decides to shelter him despite his reputation. Jake’s addiction and “mother complex” turn this quiet rural town upside down.
“15-year-old Jake, a homeless street kid and a thief goes to Montana to find his mother is a prostitute whom he never saw. During search Jake climbs in someone else’s car and steals a car radio, but is captured by a local boy Tucker, who feels sorry for the homeless and the hungry boy and invites him to his home on the ranch. Jake room set up, fed and it seems that the boy finds refuge in a family that doesn’t ask questions about his past. Jake and Tucker become friends finding that everyone has something that no other. But unfortunately Jake can’t resist his desire to steal…”
