Description:
Ex-Tarzan Gordon Scott performs the “son of Hercules” (at least that’s how he’s designated in the TV print) in this sword ‘n’ sandal opus. The beast of Babylon (Michael Lane) is an evil ruler who thinks the day lost if he hasn’t trampled on the liberties of the residents of Assyria. To make things worse, the king frequently sacrifices beautiful teenage maidens to the citizen goddess. Scott muscles his path into the actions and spearheads a revolt. The US theatrical title for this testosterone-laden journey was Hero of Babylon.
