The beautiful virgins of New York City are turning up in the E.R. having been assaulted and raped by an unknown assailant. With the scarred and comatose victims no help in identifying the monster preying on the Big Apple’s innocents, Detective Dale Andriotti (Lance Lewman) and the perky Dr. Gamble Pace (Teresa Farley) stumble upon an impossible truth – an alien colony hidden deep below the city is impregnating human women to breed an unstoppable super race of alien mutants!
