In this Playboy-produced, softcore mystery starring Annabel  Schofield, beautiful twins Martine and Georgine (both played by Schofield) use sex to induce a mousy banker, Martin, to become a participant in their criminal world.  One evening,  brunette Martine meets Martin in a bar in a hotel in Atlanta to which he has traveled from New York on business.  Without difficulty,  Martine, explaining to him that she is a high-class prostitute, seduces him:  They go up to his room where they have sex all night.  After they have breakfast together in the morning, Martine tells Martin that she will meet him again  that night at the hotel, but she doesn’t show up. Taken with Martine, Martin tries to find her, hiring a private detective to do so.   After beginning his investigation unsuccessfully, the private investigator tells Martin that he suspects Martine may not be a professional prostitute, but the wife of a prominent person seeking excitement in her life. Unable to find Martine, Martin returns to New York.
The next week, he moves to Los Angeles, leaving his girlfriend behind in New York.   Soon after his arrival, his new boss, Bob Collier, invites him over for dinner.  He is stunned when he meets Collier’s wife, Georgine, who, except for her blonde hair, is a dead ringer for Martine.  After Collier  tells Martin that Georgine had a sister named Martine who was killed in a car crash the year before, Georgine calls Martin, who suspects that she is the Martine whom he met in Atlanta.  Still obsessed with Martine,  Martin meets Georgine at his apartment, where she, playing the role of another high-class hooker, also seduces him. Like a fly caught in a spider’s web,  Martin now finds himself thoroughly trapped in a world of crime.
