Description: This German, erotic thriller made in the Alfred Hitchcock tradition is about a woman with multiple personalities. In it, while traveling, successful civil engineer, Robert has sex with a mysterious prostitute who calls herself Alice and is dressed flamboyantly in red . The next day, the two meet again. This time the woman is calling herself Carolin, is dressed conservatively, and is a lawyer at a law firm assigned to drafting an important contract for Robert. To Robert’s surprise, she apparently has no memory of the previous night. Robert becomes obsessed with this mysterious woman – an obsession which leads him to have more sex with her, learn the awful secrets of her family’s past, and put his own life in danger.
