Description: Goregoyles is a Canadian Horror Film Anthology Series. So far it has only two volumes with two short films per volume. The shorts are mediocre at best. They are introduced by a stupidly contrived Uncle Vicious (not included here). Think: Elvira for the torture-porn crowd (again, his 2 bits are not included). However, he is included at the beginning of the two shorts from the first Goregoyles! I was very happy that the producers spliced his bits for Vol2 into separate files so that he wasn’t forced upon us as the intro to each short like he was on the first…Maybe I’m missing some subtlety in his performance 🙂 but he sucks…
Segment 1: Clean is about a serial killer who makes snuff films involving the killing of other serial killers. Impressively gory!
Segment 2: The Walkers is about a couple who have just robbed a bank and are on the run from the cops. Their car breaks down, and they are forced to flee into the woods, where they get lost and have to fight for survival. This one might be the best of the series, but that bar is so low you could trip over it…
