Description:The United states movie Institute list of the 1960s wrongly defines John Hayes’ Sweet Trash as to be about a dockworker tempted into the loanshark hit. It really involves an awful, homophobic hook called Bob Walsh, who saves a tender girl known as Angel from a massage parlour right before a bust. He allows her stay in his crummy house, and prior to too long they’re having sex in the bath. Filmed by director of Jailbait Babysitter movie

The review above is rather confused. The box at the top of the page is also somewhat jumbled.
Among director John Hayes’s works were two films that have been released on a double feature DVD by Vinegar Syndrome. “Sweet Trash” is a movie about the longshoreman who gets in trouble with a loan shark, then flees to Coney Island, pausing for a number of weird sexual encounters with women along the way. It features Duncan McLeod in the lead, supported by the people listed as the cast in the summary on this page (Connors — note correct spelling — McGee, etc.).
The other film, featuring the cast listed on the box and matching the description on this page is “The Hang Up.” Sebastian Gardner (aka Tony Vorno, a frequent Hayes leading man) plays Sgt. Robert Walsh, a cross-dressing (but not gay) vice cop; fellow Hayes regular Sharon Matt plays Angel, a masseuse / prostitute with whom Walsh forms a couple.
Based on the screen caps here, this film seems to be “The Hang Up” and NOT “Sweet Trash.”
