Review: Sometimes it is impossible to predict where you find where you lose. Watch the movie, Jorge Grau (Cartas de amor de una monja), whose name can be translated into Russian as “Code of Hunt” I started just because Assumpta Serna, which was, is and will remain one of my favorite actresses in world cinema, but it turned out that he had looked magnificent thriller who can give odds to many and many representatives of the genre. Intense action, original screenplay, suspense, literally oozing out of every frame – and with a minimum of digressions and sentimentality. True, several injured psychology, which have always been Europe’s best thrillers, but not enough to make a picture of a blood-red slasher. But the move away from the screen for tea, not clicking with a pause, certainly not like.

In “Coto de caza” virtually no breaks, that generally accepted in the films of this genre. Series of events go, superimposed on each other, not giving a breath no heroes, no audience is led to the inevitable, but it is logical bloody climax. Senseless brutality, impunity, inadequate – to be honest, Jorge Grau stands dotted all (after all, he is not Michael Haneke, and “Hunting Rules” is not “Funny Games”), taking primarily a genre film, not art-house message . But the action does not let go for a second, and by the end of the film tension accumulated in the atmosphere seems just about ready to run down the mighty lightning. And the main character in the film is far from unique. Despite the fact that Adela in this story is a party suffering, Grau, the film never ceases to point out that the victim is in fact not so innocent. And the choice Assumpta Serna for the lead role only confirms this idea. Suppose that by the time she had not yet played a memorable Mary in “The Matador” Almodovar (incidentally, also a lawyer – what could it be?), But looking at her amazing ironic smile is hard to believe that her character – just a poor little lamb.
