Description of Breaking Point movie: Svenson does his usual tough guy thing, though this time as a Judo instructor pushed to the limit. Culp is effective as the cop who never seems to have the right answer for the Svenson Family’s safety. Colicos plays the exact same “over the top” baddie that we’ve all come to know and love. Certainly not a 4 star flick here, but a fun way to kill an hour and a half on a low budget, non CGI affair.
