Description: Dangerous maniac John Matthew Whitman finally caught detective Morrell. Outlaw expects gas chamber, but during the execution of his kidnapping by the CIA. Deciding to use a killer in a secret government program, the authorities have overlooked monster: Whitman escapes safely from the accompanying guards.

The brutal blowback awaits all those who denounced him. Again Morrell goes on the bloody trail of the murderer. Now only depends on him, how much more will the innocent victims.

The movie was filmed by Mark L. Lester, who also made Groupie flick in 2010.
