Sure, it has historical value. Now, fast forward to 2016 things looks quite different. In many parts of US English is a foreign language. Crime rate is very stable and government very happy about it as they can chase taxpayers for minor violations and ruin their lives in process. Freedom of speech exist only for mainstream media. In plain English we are North Korea of near future.
