Review: “Amer” – one of the most interesting and unusual projects for 2009. This is a very skillful pastiche classical Jalla in the best traditions and David L. Fulci Argento (Blackaria and Vigilante). The style of the film stirs the imagination, and the frantic footage and abundance of details just do not get bored … Many point to the genre of the film “drama, horror.” I think that this is not true – I would define the genre of “bitterness” as the lungs erotic kinofantaziyu sloping Jalla. This is not a traditional horror film, but rather, a fusion of all the main lines of classic Italian horror. Here and stunning cinematography, and the music and sound effects, and more. The film moves smoothly from the genre of classical stories in a kind of psychological drama, and then in the slashers. But all this is in the style of Jalla.
Another interesting fact – in the film is very little to say. Although sometimes branded authors and finds the right lighting, music can convey much more than the upper dialogue script. Oh, and a clear plot in “Amer” virtually none. Just three episodes from the life of a girl – three different periods of her life. And in each age has its own private story. I can say that it was very interesting to watch. The only thing I did not understand why the main character had to return to his native estate after all these years, and that it did happen in the end? .. As seen movie sets more questions than answers …
