The Venetian Woman

In this erotic Italian sex comedy about jealousy and lust set in he 16th century, a gorgeous young man, Guilo, comes to Venice  hoping to meet women.There, two beautiful women see him on the street by a church.  Both are immediately attracted to him.   The first is a young, wealthy, widow, Angela, (Laura Antonelli.)    Smitten by his good looks and wanting to take Guilo to bed, Angela sends her maid, Nena, to find him.  With the help of her friend Benardo, Nena gets Gulio to come to her mistress’ house, where they spend the night making love.

The second beautiful woman who saw him at the church, Valeria (Monica Gueirritore), is free because her husband is out of town in Florence. Valeria, who is  also smitten, too, sends her maid  to go to Guilo.  Following her mistress’ instructions, the maid, Oria, finds him and tells him to meet her mistress at midnight.  Valerio and Oria wait for him, but he never shows up.  In the morning, Valencia’s maid, Oria, sets out again to bring  Guilo back to her devastated mistress.  When Oria finds him, Guilo, exhausted from his night of lovemaking with Angela, is hesitant, but  Oria convinces him to come with her.  When he meets with Valencia they, too, become lovers.  Guilo  now is faced with a problem  which he must resolve:  He is being pursued by two jealous, beautiful women with whom he has made love and to whom he has pledged his love.
