As requested by one of the users and only available on VHS, Carl Monson’s last film as director, producer, actor and writer Savage Harbor stars Frank Stallone as Joe, who is in love with Anne (Karen Mayo-Chandler) without knowing she is a prostitute who works for pimp Harry Caine (Anthony Caruso).
