Review: I was immediately intrigued by the title “Diary of a Nymphomaniac”. This is a story of a girl, Valerie, who is trying to learn herself through the body language. Sex helped her to reveal herself, to come into harmony with herselfself. It filled her with energy. At first it seems that this girl, who changes her partners more often than the weather is changing, is too selfish, that she lives only for herself, for her own benefits. But there is another side – the loneliness.
And after death of her grandmother – the only person who understood her and supported – Valerie begins to doubt in herself, in her life values and priorities. She meets a guy and finds “something as important as sex – love of a man.” Would love to tame the unbridled desire or nymphomania again take precedence over the main character? That is, what you learn if you watch Diary of a Nymphomaniac tiil the end.
Valerie made a long way, on which she met love, pain, humiliation, loneliness … The way that brought her into harmony with herself.
“All the others, too, wanted only just sex and I loved it … But sometimes it hurts … Because I still a woman …”
Separately, I note a decent camera work. Sex scenes have turned out beautiful and not vulgar. I suggest fans of aesthetic dramas.
