Description: Ray Dennis Steckler’s follow up to The Hollywood Strangler Meets the Skid Row Slasher brings back housepainter Pierre Agostino as a killer with a penchant for the ladies. He stalks and stares and then he kills. There’s an odd second plot involving two other men who are going deeper into a more serious life of crime and we’re treated to their progression from simple purse snatchers to cold killers. As would be normal for Steckler don’t expect much in way or plot and much less dialogue than usual. Steckler does know how to point a camera and he has a fair amount of interesting footage to make up for the lack of story. He considers himself quite the artist with plenty of stolen shots of average tourists, seedy 1980’s downtown Vegas and a rodeo?
