Furious

Former Miss Philippines, Arlene Montano opens out this flick from 1984 as she finds herself pursued by a bunch of extra-terrestrial thugs up a mountain. Though she manages to stave a few away, she’s soon killed and relieved of the object of their pursuit – a mystical horn with special powers.

As it turns out, she’s the sister of Simon Rhee who is currently kicking time teaching martial arts to village kids. Depressed over his sister’s death, he finds a new purpose when a weird looking goon turns up at his hut handing him a clue to a secret location. Simon heads there and meets Master Chan (real life brother Phillip) who sends him on a mission to retrieve the four missing pieces of an ancient medallion.

Plenty of fights and adventure later, Simon returns only to realize Master Chan’s true evil intentions and what ensues is a gravity defying set of locations and fights and the use of bizarre powers including turning people into chickens and pigs.
