This is about as spoiler-free synopsis as I can give it: After a CIA covert op in Indiana goes horribly wrong, a murdered man’s widow finds herself in possession of a file that the CIA would, and will, kill to get back.
VIPER is sort of like if Cannon had done a rip-off of THREE DAYS OF THE CONDOR (1975) on a budget. Suspense, thrills and shit getting blowed up!
