Storyline:
The residents of Halifax are left unprotected from the scum of their city when the local police force declares a strike.  A group of neo-fascists called “The New Order” enters a gay bar, kills the bartender and the witnesses to cover their tracks, but one of the patrons is able to escape.  He seeks refuge in an apartment building.  When the residents refuse to hand him over, it’s up to them to arm and defend themselves against these thugs who lay a siege to the premises.
