Description: Social worker Jerome uses his own final vacations as the unmarried man on a lake where he contacts with Aurora, an European journalist and his current good friend. She takes him into an affair with her young daughter, Laura, but mostly he liked her sister Claire, whose knee he like to touch.
This really is among the best films of Mr. Rohmer’s erotic collection . The film incredibly illustrates the difficult romance between the character with his fantasies, symbolized by Claire, and the truth of Claire’s cousin, genuinely performed by Beatrice Romand (she also starred in Themroc). It’s a fantastic drama of ways, where we can easily smile at all the heroes, the way of their tries to trick other people, they just trick themselves. The director has elaborately designed every single movement, we loved each minute of this picture.
