Description: Loneliness. How people come to it, how it comes to people, how to escape from it? These are the questions that concern all of us at certain times. By simple strokes director Benoit Jacquot creates a complex, intricate and rich picture of loneliness. Each has it’s own. The main character played by French film star Virginie Ledoyen (who starred in Backwoods) itself creates her own loneliness and coping with it. Maybe this will help any of us?
Review: Leisurely narrative of the life of a young girl. Throughout the film the feeling that you’ve become an unwitting witness to human loneliness that literally saturated the whole picture, the line between reality and the movie is deleted, you are left alone with the main character, its problems and actions.
Involuntarily watched as she sits with her boyfriend in a cafe, she takes a job at the hotel, then she runs, runs, time goes by and you’re still waiting for that to happen something unexpected, but it will not.
