Description: A made-for-video thriller from the mid ’90s, DARK SIDE OF GENIUS is one of those items that was quickly forgotten as soon as it hit the shelf. That said, one cannot overlook the reason the movie was made: tits. And ass. Like many late-night Cable TV gems that came before it (and after it), DARK SIDE OF GENIUS begins its broadcasting day with a nice look at some artsy-fartsy painter’s nude model. And then, something resembling a plot interferes with all the fun – though director Phedon Papamichael does his best to keep things seductive throughout, remembering to throw in another nude actress or two when things threaten to get dull(er). Brent David Fraser, Finola Hughes, Glenn Shadix, Moon Unit Zappa (!), Tina Cote, Patrick Bauchau, and the great Seymour Cassel star.
