Description: Escaped from the science lab mad baboon begins to wander the building of the research centre in which several medical students not on time decided to do role play.
This film I watched as a child. Then I thought, what’s scarier than this movie, just nothing. Naturally, after a few years nothing and no one can convince me that this film is excellent in its genre.
The plot of Shakma is simple, as two fingers about asphalt. A very angry baboon wanders the corridors of the science center and kill everything that comes his way. And since it happens at night, living in this little place. There are only a small part of the staff and student interns.
What is in this film? First, blood. A lot of blood. Secondly, the atmosphere is truly gloomy. When the main characters go from one dark corridor to another, involuntarily tense up. Thirdly, great music. Fully conveys the right atmosphere.
By the way, the monkey is real. In most horror movies, low budget, some monsters are made like puppets and they are disgusting to watch. Here are few special effects, but they are done correctly.
In the end, my assessment of this film
9 out of 10. Fans of the genre I recommend it.

A pretty good killer ape flick, a group of people decide to play a game of hide and seek after office hours and get stalked (and killed) by an genetically altered baboon. The actors do a good job and it has a few good suspense moments.
