High School in Japan is a viciously competitive place. Struggling with exams, unable to find boyfriends, and fending off the advances of a lecherous teacher, a group of teenage girls would sell their souls for a change of fortune. Luckily, in this era of modern connectivity, it turns out that there’s a premium rate service offering them the chance to do just that. There’s a secret number, which when dialled at midnight, connects you to the Devil himself. After reciting a little rhyme, you make your wish, and in exchange for giving him your life for the length of the call , the Devil will make your dreams come true!
Of course, as all frantically masturbating teenage boys will attest, these premium rate services always run longer than you think, and the bill is much higher than you expect. As more of the teens seek an easy way to their hearts’ desires, unexpectedly dire consequences ensue.
