Description: Racial tensions rise and female clothing drops when a black man runs for mayor in a small American city. Starring Lana Wood (the actress from Satan’s Mistress) as a bleeding-heart with big hooters and Cheri Caffaro of “Ginger” fame as a slutty society girl who manages to get herself in naked bondage.
