Description: In the hottest season of the year in the black-masked maniac kills women. One of the victims caught it on the fly revolver, but he took off the mask, much to her surprise and distracted. Maniac shot her was gone, but she survived in the hospital. A female detective uses his resemblance to the victim in order to catch the culprit in the “bait.”

Erika Eleniak is nice as brave detective – but the movie is wasting any promising potential. A random low-budget flick of the ’40s with this classic setting of hunting a sex-phantom has more suspense, atmosphere and erotic.
To not put Eleniaks assets on display dooms that film to just another tele waste.
