Description:

The will of an eccentric millionaire causes stress within the small town which he form of “owns.” If one for the town’s residents does maybe not give birth within a provided period of time, the whole town will likely be susceptible to taxes for the very first time, and those taxes and a considerable portion of his property is certainly going to a house for abandoned cats.
