First let me say what a great site. The collection is superb and I have no reouble with downloads.
I would like to check with you however re file sizes. So far I have only used the free service (up to 1GB). Does registering increase this at all. There are a couple of 1.1 GB files I would love to download.
If not, can I just get a premium account for a month?

For those people having problems with playback, just download the convertor from Allok and the codes from Serials. It is free and easy to use. You can even make chapters if you want. It’s done it again, says you have reached your 20000MB limit for three days. Where in your rules does it mention about there being any 3 day 20000MB limit? I wouldn’t mind so much, but quite a few movies I’ve tried to download, I’ve had to redownload them 2 or 3 times because the connection to/at WIfiles screwed up and I had to restart the download, hence wasting valuable bandwidth and quota. I hope you can fix this problem ASAP and reinstate or cancel any download limit on my account, as it would be a shame if I didn’t extend my premium account because of these error.

1. Install a good download manager
2. Don’t click on Create download link button each time your current download fails
3. If you wish you can wait for 3 full days without downloading anything and you will see that the limit will restored

I bought a 30 day-Premium Account for your site on 31.12.2012. On 02.01.2013 I have reached the 20 GB download limit and since then I am not able to DL anything.
Well, today is 04.01.2013 ( the 4th day after my start) already, but I am getting the “You have reached the download-limit: 20000 Mb for last 3 days” message if I want to download something. Inform me pls, what is the reason of that.
The 30 day is running away very quickly and I would like to download as much film as I can, but in case of this “joke” I feel I am loosing my paid PA-time.

Hello! Let’s see… on 02.01.2013 you spent your limit. This means that if you didn’t download anything during 3 days (till the end of 5.01.13) then tyour limit will be restored to 20 GB. After that you can download these 20 GB and wait for another 3 days. In total you can download 200 GB during a month. Regards

Last week I renewed my WIP account via Western Union. I received notice that my the Western Union money was picked up. I still have not received my key number yet. I renewed for 180 days. Several of the movies here are not in English, but the file download area includes a much smaller .srt download file (I assume it’s a soundtrack file?).

Typically the movies here are really good quality, but I tried to download “Cassy Jones” and it appears to be completely corrupt. It downloaded the full megabytes, but could not even be recognized by my computer as a video file. All the others work, so this is an anomaly.

Never mind. I was able to correct the issue by manually relabeling the file and adding an .AVI extension. Not sure why it didn’t come in that way…all the others have.
