Description:Toni is a wise drug smuggler, residing in a richly residence near the seaside. The pot (ganja) makers fill it in cases, take it from Jamaica to a specific point of New England seas, and throw it in the ocean. Without having obvious reference to them, a pair of scuba-divers later get the crates to their own ship.

Wow, the title caused this one to go on a nice baking spree prior to melting into this one. Unfortunately not sure any amount of baked goods would have done the trick. The story line was intriguing, but production was not, Maybe they should have utilized a few of those bails that were supposedly tossed into the oceans prior to loading the film. It could not have hurt the overall product, left me just wanting put on some headphones and listen to some Lee “Scratch” Perry, which I did, and I really enjoyed.
