This movie takes off from the hit Ragini MMS 1 where a boy and a girl go to a secluded cabin to do the needful away from prying eyes and the boy decides to tape thew whole thing. Unfortunately for them the cabin is haunted the spirit takes over the girl kills the boy and we fast forward to this story. Here a movie director is making a movie about the very incident which took place in the first movie and for realism is doing it in the very cabin where the real incident took place for buzz and yes he also has famous porn star Sunny Leone as his main lead.
