Low Speed for Premium users

Hello! As I receive many complaints from premium users regarding their low speed, I want to describe how this problem can be solved. Many users use only their browsers for downloading. With it your speed will always be low and what you need is a good download manager. It’s a special software which can download in many threads, which will tremendously increase your download speed.

Here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_download_managers you will find many download managers. All of them are good. I can suggest you to use freedownloadmanager.org or flashget.com. If you are using Mozilla Firefox then you may install a plugin called DownThemAll!

PS. Just want to add that the speed for premium users is absolutely normal. And during this month there will be a server’s upgrade which will bring us more stable download speed even in peak hours and at weekends.

For Your Information: Low Speeds For Downloads.
My ISP Telstra has recently introduced detection Programs inline that determine if a large file is a movie and then the ISP slows down the transfer rate (speed ) of Data deliberately to 185kbits/sec on my PC. ISPs around the world will all do this soon. I use a DL Manager and still get the slow speed.

I have Three DL Managers. The main one I use mostly is iLivid for Google Chrome. Normally it will DL at speeds up to 2 Megabits/sec (2000 kbits/sec )with no restrictions. But using it on your Website it never goes higher than 185 Kbits/sec. A movie takes 1 or 2 hours to DL from here.
I also have Two DL Managers from FreeMake that so far do not work on your Website? Usually they work when iLivid won’t. I can test them further.

    I tested both Freemake DL Managers and each one after 30 seconds had still failed to make a connection to the website. So I stopped them. No connection. They both work quite fast on You Tube.

In Australia. ISP is reducing the speed during Downloads of films. I don’t know anyone else.

  Free download manager is the best. Download speeds are almost 3000k regardless of file type. Ilivid is a scam installation NOT a download manager. You need to unintall it immediately. It is a gateway for trojan.

maybe IDM is best now to download files fast and resumble
