Review: William Friedkin’s horror film “Guardian “, released back in 1990 , at this point thoroughly forgotten , although this pattern has many advantages over the majority of modern horror .
Although the plot of the film can not be called originalnnym ( stories about all sorts of suspicious nannies in Hollywood was shot quite a few ) , the film is very interesting and atmospheric shot . Directed by William Friedkin with knowledge of the laws of the genre combines elements of the tape melodramatic thriller and horror classic mystical with a couple of very thrash scenes.
Starring in the film are generally good, though the whole plot is built around a tape heroine Jenny Seagrove , so its background characters Dwyer Brown and Carey Lowell look palely .
Cinematography by John Alonso in the film is very bad, a couple of stunningly beautiful shots that have become a real decoration of the film. Good atmosphere in the movie and the soundtrack creates Jack Hughes .
So if you’re looking for a great horror , the film “Guardian ” I certainly recommend a look.
