A housewife (Carmen Sevilla) is often remaining alone by her husband in their apartment, as his company needs him to travel. The girl that lives upstairs (Patty Shepard) is also minus her husband, but Sevilla begins to catch periodic lies and half-truths from her upstairs neighbor, which leads Sevilla to believe that Shepard has murdered her husband. Sevilla can’t very hold her mouth closed about the matter, but, and despite the undeniable fact that her buddies think her imagination is operating wild, she does maybe not really begin to think the danger until it is too late.
Review: This is second Eloy de la Iglesia movie I have seen (the initial being CANNIBAL guy) and I found it to be an outstanding thriller. Lonely homemaker Carmen Sevilla starts to permit her imagination get the very best of her when she hears a man’s footsteps within the apartment above her late at evening. Her upstairs neighbor (Patty Shepard) insists information technology had been her spouse who’d returned from company, but Sevilla doesn’t think her and starts to investigate. This will be a good film, with a lot of nice twists along the way and an incredible dream series. The final revelation is one that will have you thinking for many hours afterwards. I enjoyed this a lot more than the straight forward CANNIBAL MAN.
