Description: Here again is a film where, in the future, the earth has been made uninhabitable due to a hostile climate. This time, all the survivors have moved underground where they live in large underground cities. These cities are dominated by religious cults that follow either one or another “prophet”. Our hero is an assassin for the Church of Miles, which by his own description, means that he takes out those who do others harm. Then he gets an assignment to take out a woman, Lilith. When he shows up to do the job, he finds that she has a small child. As he himself lost his own family, he is not able to do the job and instead protects them from the other assassins from the church. It turns out that she is actually also a shepherd from a competing female cult. Now together they must run from the assassins that both cults have sent after them. Lilith has heard rumors that maybe the earth has become habitable and the cults are lying to them in order to keep them underground. So when they finally evade their would-be killers, they attempt to go to the earth’s surface. What will they find?
