Description of Monsturd movie: Serial killer Jack Schmidt tries to hide from the police and the FBI after escaping from prison. As a result, it is found at the wastewater treatment plant, cornered and shot in the sewer tunnel. His body falls into a pond with excrement and chemicals cause the shit Schmidt turns into being and starts the carnage.
