Description: Amando de Ossorio’s 1973 Spanish horror “Night of the Sorcerers,” a sexploitation thriller of European explorers in a cursed African location, is a kind of “Carmilla” in Africa with ritual beheadings, topless female vampires, and brief scenes of dreamy elegance. It’s a minor film by the director of the classic “Tombs of the Blind Dead” (and numerous sequels) and one of a small trove of cult oddities from BCI Eclipse.
