Review: “Run, Bitch, Run” – a film to determine the genre of which is practically impossible. It can be called an erotic thriller, but it’s still a little something definition. Rather, it is a horror with elements of eroticism and black humor.
The basis of the movie is not plot, and terrific acting, and the scenes of violence and cruelty shown very natural and believable. It would seem that only perverts like to look at how some mock others, but, here, in my opinion, and hides the main plus of this film.
Agree, we often see in horror elements of violence and cruelty, and often these scenes are so horrible and disgusting that you just want to look away from the screen. A living example of the film “Carver”, after which viewing is only a feeling of nausea. This despite the fact that the “Carver” is based on the seriousness of the complaints. This same pattern, in my opinion, be charged with a great deal of humor and banter, so all the violent scenes are seen easily, and do not cause feelings of disgust. Even without considering the violent scenes can be commended for the amazing director to convey the atmosphere of the American heartland, and gorgeous, and most importantly bright and rich dialogue. This Joseph Guzman strongly reminded of Quentin Tarantino. I bet Mr. Guzman (Nude Nuns with Big Guns) has revised a lot of horror pictures 70, and I’m sure he is not stranger to the masterpieces of the great Quentin.
Review #2: Art House. Style is difficult to define, but can be described as trash-hardcore-necrodeadlust style.
No matter how unpleasant and shocking as the movie is good. Do not think that revel in scenes of violence, of which there is a big set. Not at all. The movie is a good idea, as embodied in the action heroine pictures, young girl Catherine (Chery Lyone). Hrmmm… this one didn’t impress me at all. I usually keep movies even if I don’t like them that much, the cost of a DVD is small. But I didn’t bother with this one. Everyone in it is unattractive, pretty much, and there really isn’t that much to recommend it by my lights.
