Description: In prison, serving a Kabul woman with two young children. Her children – not prisoners, but also their father in prison, and freedom do not have relatives who could care for them. The former prison warden allowed to release them in the afternoon to the city in search of food. But at the beginning of winter gave way to the head, and he forbade admitting children to the mother cell. Children in their wanderings fall into various scrapes. They are trying to find ways to meet again with his mother, all their attempts to childishly naive.
Review: Let me start out by saying this is not a “feel good” Saturday night movie night film. Sag-haye velgard is sad, depressing, and enraging, and beautiful. I walked away from this with very mixed emotions; taken by the beauty of the cinematography but depressed from the situation of the film’s main characters and absolutely pissed off at a culture that would make this scenario possible at the same time. With that said, I do really like the movie Stray Dogs; but it will hit you like a cheap shot in the balls…

there are couple of dogs besides house plus both create thus much of problems whenever you go out plus come inside. ppl have complianed regarding it, yet nobody takes action. among the dog is owned by a policeman. it bites numerous whom passes by the technique, however nobody might do anything regarding it. pls assist where must i complain, plus i wish To keep my identity undisclosed.
