Whenever an Irish girl moves from the suburbs to Dublin, she begins receiving phone calls from a complete stranger. Coincidentally, the city is being affected by a serial murderer whom utilizes this method to lure his sufferers in. Even though she is mindful of the, she finds by herself inexplicably attracted to this man. Will she be another target of the “Phone Call Killer”?
